New version of AWI (automated welding inspection)

The AWI (automated welding inspection) initialy was designed to inspect welding beads. Actualy this system have new tools that allow to do dimensional control ,and checking of features in the components.

Order for a Solar cell

ASB got a order for a gluing cell for Solar industries. This cell is based on a ASB FLEX Cell. To apply the glue two robots from OMRON Electronics was used. The glue themselves was applies with a dosing system (2components)

Automatic Sorting Conveyor

Designed to handle with large amount of materials, this conveyor can be used for two tasks. One of them is for material separation by output positioning, and the other as layer builder for palletizing
